Mrs. Humber grew up and went to school in Wyoming, then moved to Arizona ten years ago. She enjoys camping, going to the dunes, and visiting friends and family, as well as exploring with her husband and two dogs. She also loves learning and helping students.
Mrs. Humber attended Northwest Wyoming College and received an associate degree in Natural Resource Biology. When she moved to Arizona, she started working as a paraprofessional in Coolidge and was soon substituting and teaching classes. This sparked her interest to go back to school for her education degree. Mrs. Humber attended Grand Canyon University while working and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in special education and elementary education. She then started working at Casa Grande Middle School for about four years with their special education autism classes and then did the same at Palo Verde Elementary School for two years. She was ready for a little career change and looks forward to working with the high school students, student services teams, and psychology department.
