Post-Secondary Education, Training, & Career Readiness

The Casa Grande Union High School District has adopted a new, bold mission and vision. This mission is not just about the school, but about ALL CGUHSD students. It's about ensuring that they all graduate from high school, college, and/or are career ready. This daring mission requires a strong community partnership with educators, business leaders, and community leaders working together to develop an action plan with strategies to enrich our students so they can state their hopes and dreams when asked.

The strategies we can all support to accomplish these goals:

  • Increase our graduation rate.
  • Increase the number of our graduates entering colleges after graduation.
  • Increase the number of our graduates enrolling in specialty career development programs.
  • Increase the number of our graduates hired out of high school to work in excellent career-based jobs in our community.
  • Our graduates are the first resource recruited by local businesses looking to hire highly sought-after candidates to fill career positions.
We appreciate your support of our community and students.
