(CGUHS) On Tuesday, October 29, Girls Flag Football triumphed with a 36-0 win over Vista Grande in a hard-played game. Unfortunately, the match had to be called in the fourth quarter due to an injury sustained by a Vista Grande Spartan. Our thoughts and prayers are with the injured athlete. We're wishing her a quick and full recovery. The Chamber of Commerce trophy, symbolizing the spirit and strength of our local rivalry, will be presented at a later date. It was great to see so many of the community members come out and support all of our athletes.
