(VGHS) Vista Grande High School is proud to recognize Ramon Gonzales, son of Emily and Ramon Gonzales, as the January Rotary Student of the Month. Ramon is an active leader in school, serving as a Student Council Senator and a founding member of the first VGHS Trap & Skeet team. As the designer of the Class of 2025 and Thespian Club floats, and Thespian Club President, he has contributed greatly to the school’s creative community. Additionally, Ramon serves as the VGHS Football Statistician, where his attention to detail supports the team’s success.
Outside of school, Ramon is an Eagle Scout, a lifeguard, and soon to be confirmed as a Catholic, reflecting his dedication to leadership and service. He also enjoys hunting.
Looking ahead, Ramon plans to attend college and pursue a career in Bio-Mimicry Science or Automotive Engineering. His goal is to revolutionize the automotive industry through innovative and bold designs. With his leadership, passion, and ambition, Ramon is a true role model and a deserving recipient of this recognition.
