(CGUHS) Congratulations to the Pride of Casa Grande Marching Band. On Saturday, October 26, they competed at the Ironwood Ridge Marching Festival. There were twenty-four bands at this event and CGUHS finished in first place with the top score of the night. The group earned awards for having the most outstanding Music, General Effect, Visual Performance, Percussion, and Colorguard sections.
In addition to the marching competition, about forty students competed in a solo and small ensemble competition. Here are some of those results:
