(CGUHS) On Saturday, September 9, the
Near Space Research Team had Arizona State University (ASU), University of Arizona (UArizona), and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) students and faculty monitoring the HAB flight. The balloon launched from Montgomery Rd and I-8 and reached an altitude of 93,000 feet. Landing and recovery were north of Arizona City. The Cougars are advised by John Morris, CTE Engineering/CTE Software & App Design Teacher.
