PNC UPDATE: If you are a student with a PNC, please see Mr. Howell in room B 104 for a Credit Appeal Form. The appeal deadline is April 21st. Must submit documentation with your appeal form to be reviewed. If no appeal form is submitted, you could be DENIED credit in classes with a PNC!
EVENTS
Dance Concert: Staff and students, the dance program invites you to our Feel The Spark Dance Concert on May 2nd and 3rd in the CGUHS Auditorium. Pre-sale tickets will begin to go on sale on April 21st for $3. You can buy these tickets at the bookstore. After April 30th, tickets will only be sold at the door for $5. Come support your fellow cougars and the amazing work they have done this year!
BLOOD DRIVE
Do you like free food? When you donate at the upcoming blood drive you will get a FREE CANES gift card AND A FREE ticket to Phoenix Fusion! You ask what is Phoenix Fusion? Phoenix Fan Fusion is an annual multi-genre pop culture convention celebrating fandoms like comics, anime, movies, TV shows, gaming, and more. COUNSELING
The CAC Rally Days Field Trip is Here!
Seniors, are you attending CAC in the Fall? If so, sign up for the Freshman orientation day. It is April 22nd. Come to the counseling office to pick up a permission slip from the counseling clerk and get your spot reserved.

Arizona State University is hosting the biggest and best FREE National Summer Engineering/Transportation Camp for 1 week on ASU’s campus in Tempe. This free camp includes lots of field trips to engineering sites to learn about how engineering careers impact the transportation industry around the world. You will learn to build and program a self-driving car while experiencing ASU campus life with students your age. The camp dates are from June 15th through June 20th. The application deadline is April 21st. Remember, ALL OF YOUR EXPENSES WILL BE PAID! You may even take friends from the same grade levels to enjoy this experience together! Pick up the registration information in the counseling department from Mr. Brown or see Mrs. Crank-Townsend asap. These spots will fill up fast!
Seniors- If you have not completed your FAFSA, please do so ASAP. Remember, FAFSA can be used for colleges, universities, trade schools, etc. It is required to use the Pinal Promise at CAC.
TUTORING
Students Just a reminder that Math, Science, and English Tutoring is in the L-Building on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:20 p.m. - 4:20p.m.
CLUBS & ACTIVITIES
Do you want to drum? Are you interested in being part of an award winning group? The CG Drumline is holding percussion workshops and auditions. We will meet every Monday and Thursday from 6:00pm-9:00pm starting April 24th. No experience needed. Percussion Workshops will start Thursday 4/24. They will run every Monday and Thursday from 6:00-9:00pm
Link Crew: Calling all current 10th and 11th graders! Are you interested in being a leader on campus and welcoming the freshmen to our school?
