(VGHS) There's some exciting news from Wrestling. Meet Amaya Macias, the first ever Vista Grande High School girl to qualify for the state tournament! Also, let’s give it up for Jayan Ybarra, who has earned his spot at state and will be competing at 138lbs. Joining them are Joshua Roper (126lbs) and Anthony Archuleta (113lbs), both state qualifiers ready to represent the Spartans. The state tournament kicks off Thursday, February 20. Let’s show our support as these incredible athletes chase their dreams!
