Boys Soccer


(CGUHS)  Boys Soccer competed in the Rio Rico Soccer Tournament and showed great potential as they prepare for the upcoming season. 

Here’s how it went:

Monday: 2-0 win vs. Marana High School - Goals by Junior Cameron Armstrong and Senior Jose Inzuza.
Tuesday: 3-1 win vs. Douglas High School - Senior Landon Moglia scored twice, and Cameron Armstrong added another.
Wednesday: Tough matches, but we fought hard. Lost 1-4 to Desert View, with Landon scoring our lone goal, and 0-1 to Cholla High School.

Overall, the boys showed great effort and determination in this preseason tournament. We’re excited to carry this momentum into the regular season, starting Dec. 10 at home vs. Crimson High School at 6 PM. Let’s pack the stands and support our team!
