CALLING ALL FUTURE GIRLS FLAG FOOTBALL STARS!

Casa Grande Union High School — home of the 2 time Regional Champions — is hosting a Girls ONLY Flag Football Camp on Wednesday, May 28, from 9am-Noon and 5-7 p.m.

This event is dedicated to the ladies 6Th Grade and up—let’s show up and show out! Please come dressed in athletic attire and remember to bring a water bottle! The camp has a morning session and an evening session. Players should come to both sessions.

What to expect:

Hands-on coaching from Cougar players & coaches

Agility & Conditioning Drills

Flag football fundamentals: throwing, kicking & flag pulling

Position basics for offense & defense

Confidence, teamwork, and good vibes all day long
